About Us
O'Neal Constructors & Engrg LLC is a resurrected off-shoot company of T.F. O'Neal & Sons INC, a central Louisiana building company that was active from the late 1960's to the early 1990s. T. F. O'Neal & Sons INC operated with three generations of O'Neal family builders. Randall O'Neal is the founder of O'Neal Constructors & Engrg LLC.
From the early age of 6 until the status of an engineering college sophmore in 1977, Randall worked with his carpenter grandfather, Cloyce Guillory, and his homebuilder father, Thomas O'Neal. The father, retired from building due to an overextension into the homebuilding materials retailing sector.
Randall graduated with a civil engineering degree in 1979 and worked as an engineer-in-training for an international plate-steel contractor until the oil turndown of 1984. Randall ventured into self-employment as a building contractor until 1992, exiting for more engineering-involved works. Such works led to positions as an assistant city engineer, coalition-forces staff engineer, quality assurance engineer for USACE & USAID in the war zones, and insurance property-claim forensic engineer.
